Carolina Muchnik
With over 25 years of experience in the luxury travel industry, Carolina’s professional journey has bridged continents, stories, and intentions. She co-founded Aliwen Incoming in 2006, a bespoke travel brand rooted in authenticity and local soul. In 2021, the company became part of a larger group—proof of the value of her vision. She worked in 2 UK Tour Operators, and is currently training as a Coach and as a Yoga Instructor.

Belen Amadeo Lastra
Founder of Vibra Creative agency, Belén creates beauty that communicates. With over two decades of experience in branding and design for luxury and lifestyle brands, she has developed a unique language: one that is simple, elegant, and filled with soul.
A passionate adventurer and nature lover, Belén finds endless inspiration in travel. From the mountains of Patagonia to the rivers of the Pampas, movement and open skies fuel her creativity.
